At Pretty Brow Co., your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and respect for my time, the following policy is in place: Appointment Cancellations * Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-Call/No-Show Appointments * Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice (“no-call/no-show”) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. * The card on file will be charged automatically for the full service fee. * Future appointments may require prepayment at the time of booking. Late Arrivals * Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule if there is not enough time to complete the service properly. In this case, the cancellation policy may apply.
